At the April committee of management meeting the Executive officer presented the completed templates. The committee of management was then asked to rank the three main areas of need under each purpose. The information was then collated to create the strategic plan outlined on the following pages.
This Strategic plan was an offering to the committee of management to develop and add to over time or as the direction of the association developed. The mission statement is up for discussion and the statement provided has been taken from information provided on the existing website and or documentation sited by the Executive Officer.
Under each goal a keyword has been used to describe the area identified by committee of management as a priority. As you read each goal the highest area of need is first as indicated by the committee of management.
